  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the travel supplier.

  • Pricing and availability may change without notice until payment is received and confirmed.

  • You are responsible for reviewing all booking details for accuracy, including traveler names, dates, destinations, and travel requirements.

  • Any errors or omissions must be reported immediately.

Everett Escapes is not responsible for additional costs resulting from incorrect information provided by the traveler.

3. Payments and Fees

Payment terms vary depending on the travel supplier and booking type.

You agree that:

  • Deposits and payments may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the supplier.

  • Final payment deadlines must be met to avoid cancellation.

  • Failure to submit payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your reservation.

4. Cancellations, Refunds, and Changes

Cancellation, refund, and change policies are determined by the individual travel supplier.

You acknowledge that:

We are not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, missed travel, or costs resulting from insufficient or incorrect documentation.

6. Travel Insurance

  • Lost baggage

  • Travel interruptions

  • Supplier insolvency
